2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be permanently closed and all balances and bonuses held in those accounts will be considered void.

2.2 Registration on Behalf of a Third Party

Creating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing someone else to use your account, is strictly prohibited. The registered member bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.

2.3 Identity Verification

baje 88 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member at any time. If the required documents are not provided or the information given cannot be verified, the relevant account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Age and Eligibility

All baje 88 services are for persons aged 21 and above only. No person under this age may use the platform. At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years old.

If it is proven after registration that the member was underage at the time of registration, that account will be closed immediately. In such cases, the return of any deposits is subject to review.

Members must also access the service from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. If an account is closed due to geographical restrictions, the full responsibility lies with the relevant member.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited, and baje 88 is not responsible for any loss resulting from such sharing.

4.1 Unauthorized Access

5.3 Transaction Rules

Each bonus offer on baje 88 comes with specific wagering requirements. It is each member's responsibility to read the detailed terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement to meet is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

6.2 Weekly and Other Offers

The weekly baje 88 reload offer gives up to 30% of the deposit as a bonus of up to ৳5,000 (wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳500). The baje 88 Slots Festival offer gives up to 50% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on deposits made for slot games (wagering 20x).

6.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being cancelled.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
• A bonus cannot under any circumstances be converted directly into cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of fraud or misuse of any bonus offer is found, the entire bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Game and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Results

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. These limits may change from time to time. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, baje 88 may bring the relevant member's betting limits under review.

7.3 Sports Betting

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or ends before regular time, the settlement of the relevant market will be handled according to the applicable rules. baje 88 reserves the right to void bets accepted before a result is announced.

Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to gain an advantage in games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Fraudulent behaviour involving the bonus system, such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting hacking or cyber attacks against the platform or other users.

Limitation of Liability

We are not legally liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from the use of the baje 88 platform — unless it is caused by baje 88's direct negligence.

baje 88 does not bear responsibility for loss caused by internet disconnection, device failure, third-party software, or any external factors that disrupt a game or transaction. Members are themselves responsible for the security of their own devices and internet connections.

baje 88 does not provide compensation for money lost through betting or participating in games. Decisions related to gambling are entirely at the member's own discretion.

Service Suspension and Termination

baje 88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided during identity verification.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If the system needs to be temporarily shut down for technical maintenance or security reasons.

Regarding account closure, a member may also close their own account through a written request. In that case, the available balance will be returned after all pending wagering requirements have been met.

Data Privacy

baje 88 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Information collected at registration is used only for service operation, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
